dehydrated chocolate sponge cake

freeze-dried passion fruit

Preparation method

  • Use a food processor to blend each of the ingredients, separately, into a crumble.
  • Mix everything together and store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.

Serving suggestions

  • Delicious in a dessert with components of white chocolate, coconut, and yuzu.
  • Surprisingly delicious in a dessert with tonka beans, pistachio, and rose.
  • Combines well with matcha, avocado, and coffee.
