Preparation method

  • Blend the onion, apple, rice vinegar, sake, soy sauce, sugar, ginger, sesame oil, honey, coarse mustard, and white sesame seedstogether with a stickblender. 

Serving suggestions

  • As part of a composition, e.g. with herb-seared tuna, red cabbage jelly, red cabbage powder and horseradish dressing.
  • Perfect with salmon, parsley and puff pastry.
