French mustard

Preparation method

  • Blend the onion, apple, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, ginger, sesame oil, and honey together in a thermo blender. 

Serving suggestions

  • As part of a composition, e.g. with herb-seared tuna, red cabbage jelly, red cabbage powder and horseradish dressing.
