Preparation method

  • To make the apple and yoghurt salad, mix all the ingredients together just before serving and top with some freshly-grated lemon zest.

Serving suggestions

  • As a component of a main dish, e.g. with chocolate components, yuzu curd, banana, sea buckthorn berry and pear.
