Preparation method

  • Place all the ingredients in a pan and infuse for at least one hour on low heat.
  • Remove the pan from the heat and set the oil aside to cool.
  • Strain the mixture and transfer to a squeeze bottle.

Serving suggestions

  • In a composition with components of langoustine such as langoustine jelly, langoustine tataki, buckwheat pancake foam, lemon zest, and salty liquorice powder.
