Preparation method
- Chop the artichoke hearts into pieces.
- Grate the lemon peel.
- Blend the ingredients until the mixture has the consistency of pesto.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serving suggestions
- Serve on a roll or sandwich with roast veal and a salad with radishes.
- Serve on toasted bread with a dried ham such as Ganda or Parma ham.
