Preparation method

  • Chop the artichoke hearts into pieces.
  • Grate the lemon peel.
  • Blend the ingredients until the mixture has the consistency of pesto.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serving suggestions

  • Serve on a roll or sandwich with roast veal and a salad with radishes.
  • Serve on toasted bread with a dried ham such as Ganda or Parma ham.
