Preparation method
- Leave the bacon to infuse with the milk at 70°C for one hour.
- Strain the milk and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Froth up the milk with a cappuccino maker.
Serving suggestions
- As a topping for a soup, e.g. a celeriac crème soup.
- As a component in a composition of quinoa, cod, onion, egg, or cauliflower.
- Delicious with softly cooked trout with components of almonds, celery and mushrooms.
