Ingredients

oxheart cabbage

cloves

150

ml

beurre noisette

tbsp

rice vinegar

 

Preparation method

  • Remove the outer leaves from the oxheart cabbage and remove the hard core from the bottom.
  • Stick the cloves into the cabbage at regular intervals.
  • Mix the beurre noisette with the rice vinegar.
  • Place the oxheart cabbage on aluminium foil and pour over the beurre noisette and rice vinegar mix.
  • Tightly close the aluminium foil and bake the oxheart cabbage for about 2.5 hours at 180˚C
