Balsamic vinegar-marinated raspberry

The combination of strawberries or raspberries with aged balsamic vinegar is well-known, but this is a somewhat more accessible variant. The flavour is tart, with a lot of depth, and can be paired with either savoury or sweet elements.

Creation by Cedrik Pieters, student at Cas Spijkers Academie, Boxmeer, the Netherlands.
