Preparation method

  • Dissolve the sugar and honey in the milk and add the cream.
  • Pour the mixture into a Pacoject or Frix-Air container and add the banana in pieces.
  • Freeze the mixture in the chiller.
  • Churn the mixture, freeze it again and then churn it one more time.

Serving suggestions

  • As part of a dessert, e.g. with chocolate and vanilla.
  • This component also provides an ideal basis for a mousse or crème.
  • Vary by adding spices, such as star anise, cinnamon or cloves.
