Banana paper

Ultra-thin biscuits flavoured with caramelised banana. Very easy to make and can be prepared well in advance. They can be used to garnish desserts or, as you can see in the photo, presented in the shape of a plant. To do so, we will use a template for the leaves and a flower pot filled with cocoa nibs for the soil. Fun to serve with coffee or as a little side dish with a dessert.
