Ingredients

Preparation method

  • Melt the butter and gently fry the onion and garlic until translucent.
  • Add the spices and fry briefly to release their flavours.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and leave to cook and evaporate for fifteen minutes until you have a thick sauce.
  • Set aside to cool before use.

Serving suggestions

  • This barbecue sauce goes well with meat roasted on the barbecue such as rib eye, steak, or spare ribs.
