Ingredients

almond slivers

honey

cinnamon

dried cranberries

Preparation method

  • Mix the oats, almond slivers, honey, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Divide evenly over a baking tray and bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 150°C.
  • Toss the granola a few times while baking.
  • Add the cranberries to the baking tray for the last two minutes of the baking time.
  • Cool completely and store in an airtight container.

Serving suggestions

  • Serve with yoghurt, milk, or skyr.
  • Vary with other Mediterranean dried fruit or nuts such as dates or hazelnuts.
  • Use as a component in a dessert composition.
