Basic granola
A great basic recipe for granola with which you can vary endlessly.

Ingredients

almond slivers |

honey |

dried cranberries |
Preparation method
- Mix the oats, almond slivers, honey, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Divide evenly over a baking tray and bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 150°C.
- Toss the granola a few times while baking.
- Add the cranberries to the baking tray for the last two minutes of the baking time.
- Cool completely and store in an airtight container.
Serving suggestions
- Serve with yoghurt, milk, or skyr.
- Vary with other Mediterranean dried fruit or nuts such as dates or hazelnuts.
- Use as a component in a dessert composition.
