Preparation method

  • Boil the spelt in plenty of water for 15 to 20 minutes until al dente.
  • Rinse the spelt with cold water and drain thoroughly.
  • Season to taste with the olive oil, mint, and salt and pepper.

Serving suggestions

  • Use as a key ingredient in a salad or as part of a composition.
  • Use in a composition with components of mussels, fennel, and olive oil.
  • Use in a composition with components of beef, carrot, and celeriac.
