garlic, finely diced

Preparation method

  • Peel the kohlrabi and cut into equally sized wedges.
  • Simmer the butter, garlic, and thyme in a small frying pan.
  • Add the kohlrabi wedges.
  • Continuously baste the kohlrabi wedges with the butter, until completely cooked.
  • Season to taste with salt.

Serving suggestions

  • In a composition with components of duck, cherry, and elderflower.
  • In a composition with components of sea bass, dill, and pearl barley.
  • In a composition with components of artichoke, kaffir lime leaves, and red chilli pepper.
