sunflower oil

bay leaves

Preparation method

  • Blend together the sunflower oil and bay leaves in a thermo blender to 50°C
  • Pour the oil into a vacuum-sealer bag and pull vacuum tightly.
  • Allow to infuse for two days in the bag.
  • Strain the oil before use.

Serving suggestions

  • In combination with red wine and blueberries.
  • As a basis for a bay leaf crème.
  • Use in a dish that is missing a green flavour.
