Preparation method
- Blend together the sunflower oil and bay leaves in a thermo blender to 50°C
- Pour the oil into a vacuum-sealer bag and pull vacuum tightly.
- Allow to infuse for two days in the bag.
- Strain the oil before use.
Serving suggestions
- In combination with red wine and blueberries.
- As a basis for a bay leaf crème.
- Use in a dish that is missing a green flavour.
