chuck eye roll/beef neck

mayonnaise

onion rings

bay leaves

garlic

Preparation method

  • Slice the beef neck into neat cubes of 3cm by 3cm.
  • Marinate the beef cubes in the mayonnaise, onion rings, crushed garlic cloves, bay leaves, black pepper, and salt.
  • Allow to marinate for one day.
  • Divide the beef cubes between four large skewers and grill over a wood fire.

Serving suggestions

  • This recipe is also great to use with pork neck.
  • Serve with a lemon wedge and chopped fresh parsley.
