fresh peaches

peach coulis

ml

peach liqueur

As needed:

 

champagne

Preparation method

  • Coarsely chop the peaches.
  • Pour a little of the peach coulis into the glasses.
  • Add a dash of peach liqueur and some peach bitters if required (optional).
  • Top up the glasses with champagne.

Serving suggestions

  • As an aperitif.
