Ingredients

olive tapenade

black garlic purée

butter

squid powder

Preparation method

  • Melt the butter.
  • Stir the butter into a smooth mixture with the olive tapenade and garlic purée and push through a sieve.
  • Loosely beat the egg and egg white.
  • Add the egg, egg white, and butter to the flour.
  • Stir until smooth before adding the olive oil and the squid powder, and then season to taste.
  • Spread out onto a silicone sheet with 'lego-stud' indentations.
  • Bake at 160°C.
  • Store in an air-tight container with silicone granules.

Serving suggestions

  • As a snack with an aperitif.
  • As a garnish for savoury dishes.
