Preparation method
- Wash the long black Spanish radish well and grate with a fine grater.
- Combine with mustard powder and salt. Adjust to create a substance with some bite.
Serving suggestions
- As a garnish for fish dishes, particularly raw and smoked fish.
- As a flavour enhancer in a salad, or incorporated into a dressing.
