sushi vinegar

Cabernet Sauvignon vinegar

soya sauce

Preparation method

  • Heat the various vinegars with the soya sauce, basil, and black pepper.
  • Warm up the blackberries in this mixture, but do not boil.

Serving suggestions

  • As a garnish in a starter or main course.
  • Delicious served with a lovely farmer’s pâté and a great piece of furred game.
  • Perfect with fowl, parsnip and kohlrabi.
