As needed:

 

blueberries

Preparation method

  • Finely chop the chilli pepper. 
  • Place the blueberries in a vacuum sealer bag with the chilli pepper and pickling liquid and pull vacuum. 
  • Set aside to infuse for at least two hours. 
  • Store in the refrigerator.

Serving suggestions

  • As a component in a cocktail, dessert, or amuse-bouche. 
  • As a component in a dessert composition with blackberries, crème fraîche, and lime.
