Ingredients

cinnamon sticks

sugar

ginger syrup

blueberries

Preparation method

  • Boil the water together with the crushed blueberries, sugar, and ginger syrup.
  • Set aside to infuse for 30 minutes and then strain.
  • Bring to the boil again and add the tea.
  • Leave to infuse for a further three minutes and then strain.
  • Cool the mixture, transfer to a siphon, and then aerate with a SODA cartridge.
  • Serve ice cold.

Serving suggestions

  • As a non-alcoholic aperitif or as a refreshing drink in the summer.
