Preparation method

  • First make a blueberry syrup by boiling the blueberries with sugar and water, and then straining the mixture and cooling it down.
  • Mix with the other ingredients and spread out thinly on a silicone baking sheet.
  • Bake for six minutes at 160°C until crunchy.
  • Break into pieces and store in an air-tight container with silicon grains.

Serving suggestions

  • As a garnish for dressing a dessert, e.g. for a dessert with fresh cream cheese and peach components.
  • As a friandise.
