Preparation method

  • Carefully peel the broccoli stalk.
  • Use a mandoline or vegetable peeler for ultra-thin slices.
  • Dry the slices at 75°C for approx. 3 hours.
  • Deep-fry the slices at approx. 150°C.
  • Season to taste with sea salt flakes.

Serving suggestions

  • As a garnish for a dish.
  • Serve as crisps with drinks.
