Preparation method

  • Finely chop the bacon and fry until crispy.
  • Add the toasted pine nuts and the honey.
  • Stir in the cooked Brussels sprouts and add a little salt if needed.

Serving suggestions

  • As a component in a composition with a pigeon preparation.
  • In combination with rabbit stew/jugged hare.
