Cabernet Sauvignon dressing
This sweet yet tart grape vinegar dressing is made with coriander seed and honey.

Preparation method
- Bring the wine, honey and coriander seeds to the boil and reduce to 50g.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir thoroughly a few times to cause the dressing to curdle.
Serving suggestions
- This dressing, with sweet and sour notes, goes well with game dishes and liver.
