Ingredients

lemon thyme

red chilli peppers

black pepper

crispy fried onions

orange, grated zest

Preparation method

  • Dry the fresh herbs, garlic, and red chilli peppers in a drying cabinet.
  • Grind the dried ingredients together with the spices and the orange zest in a spice mill to form a fine powder.
  • Store in an air-tight container until needed.

  • Flavour element for various products and preparations.
