Ingredients

Preparation method

  • Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Store in an air-tight container in a dry and cool place.
  • Rub the Cajun rub evenly over the product and allow to marinate for at least twelve hours.

Serving suggestions

  • As a marinade for pork neck, pork shoulder, or pork chops.
  • As a marinade for lamb neck, lamb shoulder, or leg of lamb.
  • As a marinade for whitefish, salmon, or octopus.
