Preparation method
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Store in an air-tight container in a dry and cool place.
- Rub the Cajun rub evenly over the product and allow to marinate for at least twelve hours.
Serving suggestions
- As a marinade for pork neck, pork shoulder, or pork chops.
- As a marinade for lamb neck, lamb shoulder, or leg of lamb.
- As a marinade for whitefish, salmon, or octopus.
