Worcestershire sauce



lime juice






salt and pepper

Preparation method

  • Mix all the ingredients together and dilute with milk until the right consistency has been achieved for piping.
  • Store at 4°C.

Serving suggestions

  • As a sauce to serve with the original carpaccio.
  • As a basic ingredient for a runny mayonnaise sauce.
  • As a dressing for salads.
