When finely chopped the cauliflower can be processed raw. Due to its structure, this technique is often referred to as rice or couscous.

Preparation method

  • Finely chop the cauliflower until it has the structure of couscous.

Serving suggestions

  • As part of a salad.
  • As garnish in soup.
  • As a component in a dish with salmon, citrus fruit or quinoa.
  • As a component in a dish with celery, tomato, and green herbs.
