dried chamomile

grapeseed oil

Preparation method

  • Place the chamomile and grapeseed oil into a pot
  • Heat the oil to 90°C.
  • Cover and allow to infuse overnight.
  • Strain the oil.

Serving suggestions

  • Use in both sweet as savoury dishes.
  • Use in a dish with components of quail, carrot and ramson.
  • Use in a dish with components of beetroot, goatsyoghurt and elderflower.
