ginger, fresh

vodka

 

 

champagne

Preparation method

  • Place the ginger at the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Use a pestle to bruise the ginger and release the flavour.
  • Add the vodka and a scoop of ice and shake vigorously.
  • Strain into a champagne flute and top up with Champagne. 

Serving suggestions

  • As an aperitif.
  • As an accompaniment for raw fish starters such as sushi or ceviche.
