thyme and rosemary oil

As needed:



Preparation method

  • Peel the white asparagus and use the peels for a different preparation.
  • Place the white asparagus in a vacuum sealed bag together with the thyme and rosemary oil and a little salt and vacuum seal.
  • Cook in the combi-steamer oven for 7 minutes at 100°C.
  • Cool in ice water and then take the asparagus out of the bag.
  • Pat the asparagus dry well.
  • Use a kitchen blowtorch to char the asparagus from top to bottom
  • Serve the asparagus immediately.

Serving suggestions

  • Delicious in a composition with components of egg, ham, and parsley.
  • Perfect in combination with onion, potato, and chives.
  • Combines well with pike perch, tarragon, and tomato.
