Ingredients

garlic

red chilli peppers

Preparation method

  • Put all the ingredients, except the oil, in a blender and blend until smooth. 
  • Add the oil drop by drop while blending.

Serving suggestions

  • As a component in a composition with pumpkin, red chilli pepper, carrot, and mango. 
  • As a component in a composition with mussels, tomato, and coriander.
