chilled butter, cut into cubes

Preparation method

  • Mix all the ingredients except for the butter in a planet mixer.
  • Add cold cubes of butter.
  • Crumble the mixture between your hands onto a baking tray.
  • Bake at 120°C for approx. 30 minutes.

Serving suggestions

  • In a dessert with red fruit.
  • As a topping for a cake or flan.
  • Use in a composition with components of yogurt, vanilla and mango.
