Clafoutis smoked on cherry wood
Masterful classic with a very distinctive aroma.

Ingredients

Preparation method
- Set the temperature of the barbecue or Big Green Egg to 170°C.
- Thoroughly knead the marzipan.
- Combine the eggs with the milk.
- Add the liquid to the marzipan a little at a time until you have a smooth 'sauce'.
- Place as many black cherries as needed in a baking dish.
- Pour the marzipan mixture over the cherries to cover.
- Carefully place the baking dish on the barbecue or Big Green Egg.
- Cook until brown and firm in about 20 minutes, depending on the size of your baking dish.
- For the last five minutes of cooking time, put cherry wood chips on the coals and close the lid.
