Preparation method

  • Allow the steak to reach room temperature.
  • Rub with olive oil and grill on a water grill or barbecue or in a hot grill pan.
  • Cook the meat to perfection in the oven.

Serving suggestions

  • Served the classic way as a grilled striploin steak with beurre maitre d’hotel or another herb butter.
  • Serve with components such as potato, mushroom, onion, tomato, sweet pepper, courgette, or aubergine.
