shallot

garlic

parsley

Preparation method

  • Finely chop the shallots and the garlic.
  • Finely dice (brunoise) the mushrooms.
  • Chop the parsley.
  • Gently fry the shallot and the garlic in a little butter.
  • Add the mushrooms and fry until cooked.
  • Season to taste with the parsley and salt and pepper.

Serving suggestions

  • As a garnish with compositions of beef, veal, poultry, venison, and vegetarian dishes.
