Coconut and raspberry sorbet (without ice cream maker)

It's not that difficult to make ice cream without an ice cream maker. The process is pretty much the same but you work in two phases. First you freeze and then you beat until light and airy. The coconut coulis forms the basis and ensure a smooth and creamy structure.
