isomaltose

essential coconut oil

Preparation method

  • Mix the isomaltose and the coconut oil.
  • Place the mixture in the candyfloss machine and spin the candyfloss into the desired size.
  • Serve the candyfloss immediately. 

Serving suggestions

  • As a friandise.
  • As a component in a dessert with chocolate and banana.
  • As a pre-dessert in combination with sugar water and blanched carrots.
