Preparation method
- Mix the isomaltose and the coconut oil.
- Place the mixture in the candyfloss machine and spin the candyfloss into the desired size.
- Serve the candyfloss immediately.
Serving suggestions
- As a friandise.
- As a component in a dessert with chocolate and banana.
- As a pre-dessert in combination with sugar water and blanched carrots.
