Preparation method

  • Weigh all ingredients together in a measuring jug.
  • Mix all the ingredients together with a hand-held blender.
  • Pour the basis in the desired mould but ensure that the pastilles are thin.
  • Place the mould in the freezer for two hours.
  • Process à la minute and serve immediately.

Serving suggestions

  • As a pre-dessert in combination with freeze-dried pineapple to make a piña colada.
  • As a component in a dessert with chocolate mousse and grated coconut.
  • Delicious in a dessert with white chocolate and mango.
