Ingredients

Preparation method

  • Boil all the ingredients together.
  • Pour out the mixture and leave to firm up.
  • Blend the set mixture in a blender until completely smooth.
  • Transfer to a piping bag with a smooth nozzle or to a squeeze bottle.
  • Refrigerate until use.

Serving suggestions

  • Delicious in combination with components of various types of tropical fruit.
  • As a component in a dessert or amuse-bouche with pineapple, white chocolate, and a ginger beer sorbet.
  • As a component in a dessert with banana, caramel, and nutmeg.
