Ingredients

sunflower oil

coffee beans

Preparation method

  • Mix the coffee beans with the oil.
  • Pour into a vacuum sealer bag and pull vacuum.
  • Heat in a hot water bath at 45°C for 2 hours to release the flavours.

Serving suggestions

  • As part of a dessert. Drizzle a few drops over a dessert with banana, chocolate and hazelnuts.
