Ingredients

instant coffee

glazing chocolate, white

whipping cream, unsweetened

Preparation method

  • Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie until it is 50°C.
  • Bring the milk to the boil with the glucose, and mix with the instant coffee.
  • Pour into the chocolate, mix well and add the liquid cream.
  • Refrigerate until serving.

Serving suggestions

  • As a sauce for a dessert with vanilla, coffee or chocolate.
  • As a component in a coffee course with orange mousse served in a glass, for example.
