Preparation method

  • Cut the butter into slices of the same size and place them on a baking tray.
  • Place the tray in the smoker and smoke for 30 minutes using the mesquite woodchips.
  • Allow to set in the refrigerator. 

Serving suggestions

  • Serve with bread.
  • Use the butter for binding soups and sauces.
  • Use the butter for braising vegetables such as celeriac or leeks.
