granulated sugar

powdered food colouring

alcohol 96 %

Preparation method

  • Place the granulated sugar in the thermo blender or Robot Coupe.
  • Add the food colouring and mix gently.
  • Then add the alcohol and mix until well-blended.
  • Remove the mixture from the mixer and allow to evaporate.

Serving suggestions

  • As a decoration on truffles.
  • To decorate the rims of glasses.
