Preparation method

  • Mix the strawberries with the sugar at a ratio of 1:1.
  • Place in a 60°C oven and leave to warm for approximately 18 hours.

Serving suggestions

  • As a fruit garnish in a dessert.
  • As a base for a friandise combined with chocolate, green herbs, ginger or red fruit.
