Preparation method

  • Put all the ingredients together in a preserving jar and heat in an oven at 110°C for 45 minutes.

Serving suggestions

  • Serve with tapas or as part of an aperitif. Delicious with olives.
  • Delicious with home-made chips, the garlic can be sucked out or mashed with mayonnaise.
  • As a garnish with pan-fried meat, such as a rib-eye.
