Ingredients

chilli sauce, spicy

Preparation method

  • Allow the butter to soften and beat in a planet mixer until pale.
  • Grind the corn kernels finely in a blender or food processor.
  • Add the other ingredients and blend into a smooth butter.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • With cling film, shape into a roll and let harden in the refrigerator.

Serving suggestions

  • With grilled chicken or pork.
  • As a finishing touch to a risotto.
  • As bread spread.
  • As an element with which to steam legumes such as peas and sugar snaps.
