Preparation method

  • Mix all ingredients well, and pour into a very hot pan to make very thin tortillas. 

Serving suggestions

  • As part of an amuse-bouche, e.g. with an avocado and tomato crème.
  • As a crispy garnish, e.g. with mackerel, chicory, artichoke, or aubergine.
